Leslie RaymondWEBB(EX NORMANDY VETERAN)After a long and courageous fight, on October 23, 2003, at Greenacres Nursing Home, Leslie, aged 82 years, treasured and much loved husband of June, step-father to Paul, Joanne, Stephen and Sarah, also a loving grandfather and great-grandfather, brother of Tom and sister-in-law Joyce.A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30, at the Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe, at 2.30pm.Leslie will be peacefully resting in the Dedicated Chapel of Rest at Kettle of Scunthorpe Funeral Directors, where family flowers only please will be received, if desired, donations in Leslie's memory may be sent to Cancer Research UK, c/o Mrs. M. Todd, 100 Baldwin Avenue, Bottesford, Scunthorpe, DN16 3TF.
